John Paa is a GIS Analyst with extensive experience in geographic information systems and information technology. Since April 2015, John has been employed by the City of Gardner, focusing on GIS management and data analysis. Prior to this, John served as an IT/GIS Specialist for the City of Grain Valley from September 2004 to April 2015, overseeing IT project management, help desk support, infrastructure mapping, and GIS assistance for various departments. Earlier, John interned at the City of Madelia, Minnesota, where responsibilities included grant writing, updating city plans, and community planning presentations. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
