Mark Baldwin has a diverse work history. Mark started their career as a Team Leader at RGIS in 2002, where they progressed to become the team leader, managing scheduling, prep work, team members, and reporting data to headquarters. In 2003, Mark joined Garmin International, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer, designing and implementing software to test aviation hardware. Mark also mentored junior engineers and utilized various types of test equipment. Mark later ventured into entrepreneurship, owning Hometown Investments from 2007 to 2009. Currently, they are associated with the City of Gardner, serving as a City Council Member since 2018. Mark was promoted to Vice President in 2021 and assumed the role of City Council President in 2022.
Mark Baldwin attended DeVry University - Kansas City from 2000 to 2003. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering Technology as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering Technology.
