Pottinger Mark is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as a Project Engineer for the City of Gardner since April 2008, where responsibilities include managing capital improvement projects from design to final acceptance and contributing to the preparation of the annual Capital Improvement Plan. Prior to this, Pottinger was an Engineer at PAYNE & BROCKWAY, P.A. from 2005 to 2008, focusing on the planning and design of various infrastructure projects while ensuring client interaction and team productivity. Pottinger also served as an Engineer and progressed to Principal at PHELPS ENGINEERING, INC. from 1993 to 2005, overseeing a team and managing site-development projects. Pottinger holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia, completed between 1986 and 1990.
