Councilwoman Dr. Tenisha Mack currently serves as a Councilwoman for the City of Garfield Heights since November 2023. In addition to this role, Dr. Mack has been a Mental Health Specialist at Murtis Taylor Human Services System since August 2021 and an Adjunct Professor at Bryant & Stratton College since January 2020. From August 2019 to November 2020, Dr. Mack worked as a Substance Abuse Counselor at Compass Recovery Center. Dr. Mack holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Criminal Justice from Walden University, a Master's degree in Criminal Justice from the American Public University System, and double Bachelor's degrees in Sociology and Criminology from Cleveland State University.
