Milko Cecez

Milko Cecez currently serves as the Law Director for the City of Garfield Heights since January 2024. Prior to this role, Milko Cecez was an Associate Attorney at Pepple & Waggoner, Ltd. from January 2015 to January 2024, and previously held positions as an Assistant County Prosecutor and Assistant County Attorney at the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office from May 2007 to December 2014, where responsibilities included litigating criminal felony trials and arguing cases in the Eight District Court of Appeals. Milko Cecez began a legal career as a Law Clerk at Alex Rakic Law LLC in 2009, assisting with a focus on estates, DUI, and criminal law.
