Abdul Rahman Kafray

Abdul Rahman Kafray is an accomplished Engineering Services Administrator with extensive experience in development engineering and GIS at the City of Garland since March 2013. Previous roles include Drainage and Development Engineer, and a decade-long tenure as a Civil Engineer at The C.T. Brannon Corporation, where responsibilities included engineering design, land planning, and construction management for various private and commercial developments.
