Dan Allman

Dan Allman is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Risk and HR Program Manager for the City of Garland since March 2010, Allman previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Pacer International, where oversight was provided for three distinct business sites with over 300 employees. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Human Resources at Alcatel-Lucent and Manager of Human Resources at British Petroleum. Allman earned a degree from Texas A&M University-Commerce between 1967 and 1971.
