Elizabeth Morales has extensive experience in financial and administrative roles within the City of Garland Financial Services Department since February 1988, holding positions such as Financial Services Manager, Business Process Analyst, Audit Analyst, HR Specialist, and Training & Development Coordinator. Responsibilities included processing personnel action forms, conducting exit interviews, implementing a paperless environment, providing Spanish translation and interpretation, and overseeing the implementation of a new HRIS system. Additionally, Elizabeth has been a Real Estate Agent at Coldwell Banker Apex, Realtors since November 2017, specializing in helping clients buy and sell homes across the DFW area. Elizabeth Morales is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration degree at Amberton University, having studied there from 1999 to present.
