Erin Penney

Erin Penney is an experienced auditor currently serving as Auditor II for the City of Garland since March 2022, where independent and objective audits and assessments are conducted to promote accountability. Prior to this role, Erin worked at True Path Loans as a Mortgage Loan Officer and Loan Processor Manager from January 2021 to April 2022, leading and mentoring junior loan processors to enhance client experiences. Erin's military background includes serving in the United States Marine Corps in various financial management positions from 2015 to 2021, including Company Commander, Deputy Disbursing Officer, and Budget Officer. Education was acquired at Texas A&M University, culminating in a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2013.
