Jeffrey Hill (SP)

Jeffrey Hill, CCIE (SP), currently serves as the Information Technology Operations Manager for the City of Garland since July 2019, following a tenure as Senior Network Operations Specialist. Prior to this role, Jeffrey worked at Cisco from May 2013 to July 2019 as a High Touch Engineer and Customer Support Engineer. Jeffrey's experience also includes a position as a Consulting Network Engineer and Senior Network Engineer at HCA from June 2008 to April 2013, as well as a Network Engineer role at Dialogic Communications Corp. (DCC) from August 2006 to June 2008. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from The University of Southern Mississippi (2004-2006) and an Associate of Science in LAN Technology from East Mississippi Community College (2002-2004).
