Lee Manly

Lee Manly currently serves as the Claims & Safety Manager for the City of Garland since August 2021 and has been with the City of Garland Risk Management Department since September 2014, where the role of Training Program Manager has been held. Prior experience includes serving as a Projects & Training Specialist at Garland Power & Light from August 2005 to February 2013 and working in Generation at TXU Energy from September 1981 to May 2005. Lee Manly's educational background includes a Technical Diploma in Technical Training from Athens Training Center (1991-1993) and studies at Tarrant County College (1981-1982), alongside completing high school at Arlington High School.
