Liz Segura has over 15 years of experience in procurement and administrative roles, all within the City of Garland. Starting in August 2005 as a Department Rep I in the City Secretary's office, Liz advanced to the position of Administrative Assistant and subsequently held positions as Department Rep II, Associate Buyer, and currently serves as a Buyer since August 2011. Liz completed education at South Garland High School from 2003 to 2005.
