Scott Bollinger serves as the Neighborhood Resources Administrator and Business Project Manager for the City of Garland since April 2008, overseeing various municipal projects including neighborhood benchmarking and emergency preparedness planning. Prior to this role, Scott managed the business and financial operations of the Public Works Department for the City of Irving from October 2004 to April 2008. Scott's earlier experience includes roles as a Budget and Financial Analyst at Texas Tech University and as an intern in the City Manager's Office of North Richland Hills. Education credentials include a Master of Public Administration in Fiscal and Policy Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science, both from Texas Tech University.
