Tommy Brooker

Tommy Brooker is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner at the City of Garland since April 2019, Tommy leads the full-cycle recruitment process and administers the Applicant Tracking System (ICIMS / Workday). Prior to this role, Tommy was the Talent Acquisition Manager and Human Resources Lead at ARCO/Murray Design Build, where responsibilities included overseeing HR initiatives and maintaining a database of recruiting leads. Additional experience as the Recruiting Group Lead for Engineering at Airetel Staffing involved managing recruitment processes and hiring staff. Earlier in their career, Tommy excelled as a Corporate Sales Representative for FC Dallas, contributing to significant sales performance and attendance records. Tommy holds a BBA in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources and a minor in Marketing from the University of Mississippi.
