Christopher Foster

Christopher Foster has extensive experience in resource planning and integration, currently serving as the Manager of Resource Planning and Integration for the City of Georgetown since August 2008. Responsibilities include energy and water supply acquisition, budgetary and resource adequacy forecasting, risk management, and conducting statistical and cost-benefit analyses. Prior to this role, Christopher Foster held positions including Accountant IV and Payroll Lead at HHSC, Assistant Manager at Walgreens, and Shift A Supervisor at CVS Pharmacy. Christopher Foster earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Texas State University between 2012 and 2015 and holds a degree from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor obtained from 2004 to 2007.
