Greg L. Berglund

Greg L. Berglund has a range of work experience in the IT field. Greg L. began their career in 1997 as a Tech Support/Lab Assistant at Sul Ross State University. Greg L. then worked as a PC Support Technician at West Texas A&M University before joining Dell as a Senior Support Technician. In 2001, they started working for the Texas Department of Agriculture, where they held various roles, including Helpdesk Specialist, Lead Helpdesk Specialist, Network/Hardware/OS Administrator, Manager of Information Resources, and Deputy Information Resources Officer. Since 2015, they have been working as the Assistant IT Director at the City of Georgetown.

Greg L. Berglund is currently pursuing a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science, specializing in Cloud and Systems Administration, from Western Governors University. Greg L. is expected to complete their degree in 2022.

In 1999, Greg attended West Texas A&M University for a year, studying Computer Science. Prior to that, from 1997 to 1999, they attended Sul Ross State University, also studying Computer Science.

Additionally, in 2018, Greg obtained two certifications: CIW Site Development Associate from CIWcertified, and IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from AXELOS Global Best Practice. However, the exact month for obtaining the ITIL certification is unavailable.
