Laura Maloy

Laura Maloy, CCP has over 30 years of work experience in the field of human resources and compensation. Laura began their career at Scott & White Healthcare in 1990 as a Compensation Analyst. After two years, they joined the City of Austin as a Compensation Consultant and Human Resources Advisor. In 2006, Laura became the Compensation Manager at the City of Austin, where they worked until 2011. That same year, they joined the City of Georgetown as the Assistant Human Resources Director. Currently, Laura serves as the Human Resources Director for the City of Georgetown.
