Meghan Coffelt

Meghan Coffelt is a Human Resources Specialist currently working for the City of Georgetown since January 2023. With experience as a Human Resource and Organizational Development Intern, Meghan developed and facilitated training programs, assisted with new employee orientation, and coordinated various HR projects. Prior roles include Human Resources Summer Intern at Cowabunga Vegas Waterpark, where Meghan managed recruiting and onboarding processes for over 500 employees, and Operations Leader roles at Typhoon Texas Waterpark, focusing on employee training and administrative responsibilities. Meghan also held key positions at Kirkland's, demonstrating leadership and customer service skills. Meghan earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Austin Community College.
