Regina Gibson

Regina Gibson has extensive experience in administrative and engineering management roles, currently serving as the Engineering Administration Manager for the Department of Engineering at the City of Germantown, TN since August 2007, after working as an Office Manager in the same city from August 2007 to April 2021. Regina has a background as an Administrative Assistant and Office Manager at Klazmer/Sklar Homes, where responsibilities included preparing building permits and coordinating with subcontractors. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Operations at Celebrations/Sotkin & Associates, focusing on customer service and staff management in a call center environment. Regina holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Southwest Tennessee Community College, obtained between 2017 and 2020.
