Rachelle Bedell

Rachelle Bedell serves as the Communication and Engagement Manager for the City of Gilroy since 2015, overseeing communications for a community of 60,000 residents and developing strategies to connect local government decisions with the public. Previously, Rachelle held various roles in community engagement and public information at the City of Gilroy and owned Rachelle Lee Photography from 2008 to 2015, focusing on portrait photography while managing content marketing through blogs and social media. Rachelle Bedell earned a Master of Science in Mass Communications from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics Teacher Education from Brigham Young University.
