City of Glasgow College
Lisa Mcgovern serves as Curriculum Head Craft & Design at City of Glasgow College since August 2008, overseeing Jewellery Arts and Technology, as well as Applied Arts and Design Practice Degree programs. In addition, Lisa has held the position of Senior Lecturer at Allpreciousthings since June 1999 and was previously a Lecturer and Course Leader in Foundation Art & Design at Glasgow Kelvin College from August 2003 to October 2006. Lisa's professional experience also includes working as a Designer at The Ringmaker from June 2000 to October 2001. On an educational front, Lisa is pursuing an MEd in Learning and Teaching in the Arts, Design and Applied Arts at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland (2022-2025) and has acquired multiple degrees and qualifications from institutions such as Glasgow Caledonian University, The Glasgow School of Art, and the University of Dundee, among others.
