Missy Castañeda serves as the Community Center Program and Event Coordinator and Guest Services Supervisor for the City of Glenwood Springs since October 2019, overseeing operations and programs at the Glenwood Springs Community Center, including guest services, childcare, and youth programs. In addition, Missy Castañeda owns The Fluffy Stuff Co., a business specializing in luxury balloon designs and event styling in the Roaring Fork Valley, since February 2023. Previous experience includes roles at Hotel Jerome from May 2011 to October 2019, where Missy Castañeda worked as a Concierge, Interim Executive Assistant to the General Manager, and Front Office Supervisor, as well as positions at L'Occitane en Provence and SEPHORA.
