Kirsten Santelices

Kirsten Santelices, MAHRM, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Deputy City Manager and Human Resources Director for the City of Golden Valley, MN, a position held since May 2017. Prior to this role, Kirsten worked for the Minnesota Timberwolves from August 2012 to May 2017, advancing from Human Resources Generalist to Human Resources Manager. Earlier experience includes a Human Resources Intern position at Opportunity Partners in 2012. Kirsten holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Concordia University-St. Paul and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Bemidji State University.
