Jiles McCoy

Jiles McCoy, MBA, ITIL, GSLC, serves as the Chief Innovation and Technology Officer for the City of Golden since September 2017, overseeing all aspects of technology operations, customer service delivery, and community engagement through innovative programs such as Community Broadband and Smart City IoT technology. With extensive experience in technology strategy and operations, Jiles previously held various leadership roles at Envision Healthcare, including Director of M&A Technology and Strategic Technology Services, where responsibilities encompassed managing large-scale infrastructure operations and IT security compliance. In addition, Jiles manages social media and content creation for Home Theater Fanatics LLC, focusing on the HiFi, home theater, and technology markets. Jiles possesses a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Science from Troy University.
