Lauren McKinney

Lauren McKinney currently serves as the Affordable Housing Policy Coordinator for the City of Golden, a position attained in August 2022, driven by a personal passion for affordable housing shaped by experiences in student housing at the University of Texas. Prior to this role, Lauren McKinney worked as a Long Range Associate Planner at the Texas General Land Office from September 2021 to May 2022 and completed an internship focused on infrastructure within the Grant Team. Lauren McKinney holds a Bachelor's degree in Sustainability Studies and Urban Studies from the University of Texas at Austin, obtained in 2022.
