Meredith Ritchie

Meredith Ritchie is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Engagement and Communications Director for the City of Golden since June 2023, where responsibilities include engaging community members and leading communications as the Public Information Officer during critical events. Prior to this role, Meredith worked as the Communications Field Advisor for Centura Health, overseeing communication strategies for multiple hospitals and partnering with leadership on sensitive messaging. Meredith's previous positions include Director of Communications at the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless, where a significant increase in media exposure was achieved, and various roles at St. John's Community Services, where comprehensive marketing and communication strategies were developed. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Media Arts from American University and an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from the Art Institute of Washington.
