Sarah Vaine

Sarah Vaine is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within public and community health sectors. Currently serving as the Director for the City of Golden since May 2023, Sarah previously held the position of Vice President of Community Integration at Rocky Mountain Health Plans from October 2022 to March 2023. Sarah's background includes serving as Assistant County Manager for Summit County Government from July 2016 to August 2022, and Chief Executive Officer of Summit Community Care Clinic from September 2008 to July 2016. Prior to these roles, Sarah was the Executive Director of Advocates for Victims of Assault from January 2002 to September 2008. Educationally, Sarah holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Xavier University.
