Daniel Bays

Daniel Bays is an accomplished software engineer and owner of Bays Programming, focusing on full-stack development of scalable and secure React Native mobile applications since 2023. In addition to this role, Daniel serves as a Youth Sports Recreation Leader for the City of Goodyear. Previously, Daniel held the position of Senior Software Engineer at ShiftForce, leading a cross-functional team and integrating complex software solutions. Experience includes software engineering positions at Aptora Corporation and Maricopa Association of Governments, along with technical specialist work at American Express and management roles in the United States Air Force. Daniel holds a Master's Degree in Information Systems Management from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University.
