David Koeb is a seasoned construction inspection supervisor currently employed by the City of Goodyear since October 2007. With extensive expertise in traffic control inspections, civil construction, and stormwater management, David holds multiple certifications including Nuclear Gage, ADA, and Smartscape. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Technician at RAM, Geo Tech, and Tarracon, along with a Senior Technical Analyst position at Elite Electronics Inc. David began a managerial career as a Store Manager at Walmart from 1990 to 1997. David earned an Associate's degree in Electronics and Computer Science from DeVry University-Illinois and an Associate's degree in Law Enforcement from McHenry County College.
