Dawn Appleton Reid is an experienced communications professional with a robust background in digital communications and project management. Currently serving as a Management Assistant for Digital Communications at the City of Goodyear since May 2018, Dawn previously held positions in communications and government relations within the same organization. With prior experience as a Senior Communications Specialist at Ace Hardware and a Consultant for Internal Communications at Avanade, Dawn has managed high-profile initiatives and internal communications for global programs. Earlier roles include a Communications Specialist at Navistar, Inc., a Senior Producer at Manning Productions, Inc., and an Associate Producer at Time Warner/Telepictures. Dawn holds a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism and Sociology from Northern Arizona University and a Master of Public Administration from Grand Canyon University.
