Donald Breeding, P.E. is a highly experienced civil engineer currently serving as a Civil Engineer for the City of Goodyear since September 2023. Previous roles include Engineering Consultant at WLFA, where Donald worked from October 2021 to September 2023, and Engineering Manager at Arizona Water Company from May 2019 to October 2021.
