Hugh Bigalk, P.E. serves as the City Traffic Engineer for the City of Goodyear since November 2007, overseeing various aspects of traffic management including traffic signals, ITS, fiber optic maintenance, and capital improvement project planning. Previously, Hugh held the position of Assistant City Traffic Engineer, focusing on traffic signal and ITS design and maintenance. Additionally, Hugh is the Principal at Grayhawk Stallone Enterprises LLC since May 2014, and has worked as a Traffic Engineer for Kimley-Horn and GBA, specializing in traffic signal design and ITS. Early in Hugh's career, an Engineer Intern role involved crash data analysis and preliminary design at the Center for Transportation Research and Engineering. Hugh earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University from 1995 to 2000.
