Kini Knudson currently serves as the Deputy City Manager for the City of Goodyear since October 2023. Previously, Kini held various roles at the City of Phoenix from July 2000 to October 2023, including Director of Street Transportation, City Engineer, Deputy Public Transit Director, Engineering Supervisor, and Civil Engineer Project Manager. Prior to that, Kini worked for the United States Department of the Navy from November 1996 to July 2000 as Public Works Contracts Manager and Construction Project Manager. Kini holds a Master of Business Administration from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona College of Engineering.
