Martin Crossland, P.E. serves as Deputy Director of Development Engineering and Engineering Plan Review Manager for the City of Goodyear since May 2018, overseeing a team of six plan reviewers and providing mentorship on various engineering processes. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Civil Engineer and Civil Engineer focused on civil plan review for commercial, industrial, and residential site plans. Prior to this, Martin worked for the City of Napoleon as a Staff Professional Engineer, where responsibilities included surveying, designing, and inspecting public infrastructure projects. An earlier position was as a Student Intern in the City of Toledo's Division of Streets, Bridges and Harbor, assisting with digitization and website updates. Earlier experience also includes a summer internship at the Paulding County Engineer's Office, aiding in infrastructure inspections and surveying. Martin holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering Technology from The University of Toledo, multiple degrees and certifications in surveying and business management from Owens Community College and Eastern Gateway Community College.
