Monica Rabb is an experienced environmental professional currently serving as the Environmental Programs Manager for the City of Goodyear since March 2021. Prior to this role, Monica held the position of Water Manager - Stormwater with the City of Flagstaff from November 2019 to March 2021 and worked as the Environmental Program Manager for the City of Glendale, AZ, from June 2014 to November 2019. Monica's extensive background in environmental quality began at the City of Phoenix, where Monica worked from September 2002 to June 2014, first as the Chief Stormwater Quality Inspector, then as an Environmental Quality Specialist. Monica holds an Engineer's Degree in Environmental/Occupational Health from Cal State Northridge.
