Rick Foxx is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in software development and applications programming. Currently serving as an Applications Developer for the City of Goodyear since April 2009, Rick specializes in creating custom applications to support government functions, utilizing technologies such as ASP.NET and VB. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Software Engineer at SuperValu, where Rick led technical teams in implementing a third-party ad production management system and developed an in-house repository using Java and Struts. As a Senior Programmer Analyst at Albertsons, Rick designed a bookkeeping system for over 1600 retail stores and managed data loads for computerized scales. Earlier career experience encompasses developing accounting systems at American Stores Company and participating in the company's IT training program focusing on various development tools. Rick holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Ottawa University and attended Glendale Community College.
