Sandra Espinoza MPA has extensive experience in victim advocacy and crisis response. Currently serving as the Crisis Response Coordinator for the City of Goodyear since August 2021, Sandra previously held roles such as Facility Canine Handler and Lead Victim Advocate at the Surprise Police Department. Sandra's earlier experience includes working as a Victim Liaison Management Analyst for the Arizona Department of Child Safety and as a Victim Advocate at the Maricopa County Attorney's Office, specializing in cases involving severe crimes. With a Master’s Degree in Public Administration emphasizing Government Policy from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix, Sandra is also committed to ongoing professional development through participation in various leadership and training programs.
