Steve Scinto has extensive experience in civil engineering and public works, currently serving as the Director of Engineering and City Engineer for the City of Goodyear since April 2012. Previously, Steve held various positions, including Deputy Director of Development Engineering and Interim Deputy Director of Public Works, Utilities. Prior to joining the City of Goodyear, Steve worked as a Project Engineer at Wood, Patel & Associates, Inc., and as a Civil Designer at Arrowhead Engineering Inc. Steve also gained experience as a Project Designer at Wood, Patel & Associates, Inc. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Arizona and a Certification in Public Management from Arizona State University.
