Wendy Quarles is a seasoned economic development professional currently serving as the Economic Development Director for the City of Goodyear since January 2022, with prior roles including Interim Economic Development Director and Economic Development Project Manager. Previous experience includes the position of Business Development Manager for the City of Avondale from March 2020 to January 2022, and a lengthy tenure at the City of Prescott from 2007 to March 2020, where Wendy held the roles of Economic Development Coordinator and Film Commissioner. Wendy Quarles holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Public Administration from Northern Arizona University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Management from Yavapai College, alongside education from the Winn School of Real Estate.
