Previous experience includes the position of Business Development Manager for the City of Avondale from March 2020 to January 2022, and a lengthy tenure at the City of Prescott from 2007 to March 2020, where Wendy held the roles of Economic Development Coordinator and Film Commissioner. Wendy Quarles holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Public Administration from Northern Arizona University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Management from Yavapai College, alongside education from the Winn School of Real Estate.
