Wynette Reed serves as the City Manager for the City of Goodyear, AZ, since March 2013, after previously holding the position of Deputy City Manager. Wynette's responsibilities encompass overseeing the Police Department, Fire Department, Human Resources Department, Information Technology Services, Municipal Court, and City Clerk. Prior to this role, Wynette was the Human Resources Director for the City of Goodyear from October 2011 to March 2013 and held the same title for the City of Peoria, Arizona, from July 2008 to October 2011, as well as for Larimer County from September 2004 to July 2008. Wynette Reed earned a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from CSU Global University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Colorado State University.
