Sandra Marshall has extensive experience in social work and community services, with a career spanning over four decades. Currently serving as a City Council Representative for the City of Grand Forks ND since June 2016, Sandra previously held the position of CEO at Development Homes, Inc. from August 2006 to December 2019, a private non-profit focused on supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Sandra’s earlier roles include Division Director at Casey Family Programs and Senior Director at Dungarvin New Mexico, as well as various positions within state departments and human service agencies. An academic background includes serving as an Assistant Professor and Field Coordinator at the University of North Dakota. Sandra holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of North Dakota.
