Eric Rink, P.E. currently serves as a Project Engineer at the City of Grand Junction since September 2021. Prior to this role, Eric held positions at Armstrong Consultants, Inc. as an Airport Project Manager and Airport Engineer, where responsibilities included reviewing geotechnical investigations, designing asphalt sections, and managing various airport construction and safety projects in compliance with FAA standards. Eric's experience also includes leadership roles in outdoor recreation at the Colorado School of Mines and engineering internships focusing on asphalt, soil, and concrete testing at DOWL. Eric's foundation in engineering began with service in the US Navy, where duties included supervision and maintenance of electronic controls and weight handling equipment. Eric holds a degree in Geological Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, earned in 2016.
