Wanda Winkelmann

Wanda Winkelmann, MSM, MMC, has significant experience in municipal governance and risk management. Currently serving as Risk Manager, with prior roles as Human Resources Analyst and City Clerk at the City of Grand Junction since August 2017, Wanda also held the position of City Clerk at the City of Fort Collins from July 2012 to August 2017. Wanda holds a Master's degree in Management with a focus on Organizational Leadership and Human Resources from Regis University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Colorado State University, along with certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com.
