Gabi Voicu

Gabi Voicu, GISP, currently serves as an IT Applications Specialist and Geographic Information Systems Analyst for the City of Grand Prairie since April 2016. Prior experience includes roles as GIS Coordinator for Collin County from 2007 to April 2016, GIS Technician for the City of McKinney from 2004 to 2007, and GIS Specialist for the City of Mesquite from 2000 to 2004. Gabi Voicu's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Geographic Information Systems from The University of Texas at Dallas, obtained between 2000 and 2006, a Bachelor's Degree in Geology and Geophysics from the University of Bucharest, Romania, earned from 1987 to 1992, and a diploma in Mathematics and Physics from High School "Andrei Saguna" Brasov, Romania, completed in 1986.
