Shanitra Ollie, MBA, is an accomplished Chief Accountant with extensive experience in municipal accounting and financial management. Currently serving the City of Grand Prairie since July 2021, Shanitra supervises a team of four and oversees general accounting functions, including payroll management and audit preparation. Previous roles include Senior Accountant positions at both the City of Fort Worth and the City of Grand Prairie, where tasks involved intricate fund analysis, financial reporting, and audit processes. Shanitra holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Jackson State University.
