Breese Stam

Breese Stam is a project manager at the City of Grand Rapids. Breese previously worked as a project engineer at Fishbeck, Thompson, Carr & Huber, Inc.

Breese Stam completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan, where they earned a Bachelor's of Science in Atmospheric and Oceanic Science. Breese then went on to complete a Master's of Science in Civil Engineering at the same school.

Breese Stam reports to Richard Devries, Assistant City Engineer. Breese Stam works with Jack Stegehuis - Assistant Project Manager, Daniel Siminski - Project Manager, and Christine Barfuss - Property Acquisition Officer.
