Heidi Herzog

Heidi Herzog has been with the City of Grand Rapids since 2010, first as a Graduate Research Fellow and now as Business Manager. Prior to that, they were with Ottawa County as a Youth Specialist from 2003 to 2009. Heidi is a dedicated public servant who is committed to making a difference in their community. Heidi is a strong leader with a proven track record of success in managing complex projects and organizations.

Heidi Herzog completed a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a focus in Public Management from Grand Valley State University. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Psychology also from Grand Valley State University.

Heidi Herzog reports to Stephen Prins, Acting Director Of Facilities And Fleet Management. They are on a team with Lorrie Freeman - Financial Analyst, Sean Moeller - Acting Equipment Maintenance Superintendent, and Sue Dykman - Office Assistant III.
