Max Turner has significant experience in utility operations, currently serving as a Wastewater Operator I for the City of Grand Rapids since September 2016. Prior to this role, Max worked as a Utility Operator at Barrow Utilities and Electric Cooperative Inc. from September 1992 to September 2012.
