Robert Swain

Robert Swain is an Administrative Analyst II at the City of Grand Rapids. Robert has over ten years of experience in technology and project management, mixed with application administration, process analysis, GIS, and some spreadsheet wizardry. Robert also has experience in reporting and analytics, process analysis, document management, and intranet administration.

Robert Swain has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Western Michigan University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Central Michigan University. Robert also has a Graduate Certificate in Information Systems from the University of Minnesota, and a Certificate in Fundamentals of Sustainability from the University of Colorado Boulder. In addition, they are a Certified Lean Champion from Grand Rapids Community College.
