Mike O'Connor

Mike O'Connor serves as a Councillor for the City of Grande Prairie, Alberta, since October 2021, focusing on economic development and public policy while advocating for citizens. Prior to this role, Mike held various positions including RV Salesman at Travelands Happy Trails RV, Business Development Representative at Energy Associates International Inc. and Odessa Doors Ltd., and Consultant at Investors Group Financial Services Inc. Mike's entrepreneurial experience includes over two decades as Owner President of TurCon Construction Group, where skills as a Certified Journeyman Carpenter were utilized. Mike's educational background includes certification from Glebe Collegiate, Fairview College, and GPRC, culminating in a Red Seal designation in Carpentry.
